How do I view my orders?

In the orders tab, you will find all the orders related to your outsourced warehouse. 

• In the first column, a symbol appears when the order cannot be executed.
• The second column shows the Spacefill reference number for an order.
• The third column shows the order status. This allows you to filter orders by status
• The fourth column shows the type of movement, whether it's in or out. This allows you to filter orders by type
• In the fifth column, you can see the time and date of the movement. This allows you to filter orders over a given period.
• In the sixth column, you can see the carrier that was indicated when your order was placed.
• In the seventh, eighth and ninth columns, you'll find the number of units, cartons and pallets respectively present in the movement.
• In the tenth column, the green light indicates that the delivery documents have been loaded onto the platform by your partner. Conversely, the grey light indicates that these delivery documents are missing. Clicking on the icon automatically uploads the document attached to the order (the number in brackets indicates the number of documents on the platform).
• The eleventh column shows the order completion rate.
