Understand my stock situation

When you are on the tab "Stock situation", a summary table is present.

  • The first column simply lists the references created in stock in the selected warehouse.
  • The second column corresponds to the designation given for each reference.
  • The third column indicates the number of units in stock for each reference. To obtain this information, it is necessary to enter a palletization plan when creating the reference.
  • The fourth column shows you the number of boxes in stock for each reference. To obtain this information, it is necessary to enter a palletization plan when creating the reference.
  • The fifth column shows you the number of pallets in stock for each reference.

For the third, fourth and fifth columns, you will find the total of each packaging present in stock on the first line of the table.

To clearly indicate the stock, it is marked with different colors.

  • The stock of a reference is colored red? The reference has a negative stock. Contact us so that we can solve the problem. Learn more about negative stock
  • The stock of a reference is colored orange? There are incomplete pallets or boxes in this reference. This happens and is usually not a problem, but must be taken into account, for example during the creation of an exit.
  • The stock is not colored? Pallets or boxes are complete! You can still hover on the figures to view details.

By clicking on a reference, you will find the same information: the reference, its designation, the number of pallets in stock as well as the number of boxes and units, if the palletization plan is informed.
