I have a problem with an order: What should I do?

In logistics, things don't always go according to plan, and that's okay!
If something unexpected happens, you can always contact Spacefill to help you find a solution.

There are several reasons why you may have to refuse or modify a movement :

 

1. Incomplete order:
In case of an incomplete order, we recommend that you notify Spacefill (who will notify the customer) in order not to charge the order and to avoid negative stock and/or stock error.
To do so, please use the contact us tool available on the platform and select the form "I want to adjust the references of a reference on my order".

2. Receipt/shipping not carried out:

You have not received and/or shipped an order.
On the order page, you can report the lack of shipment and set the order to "missed" status. The customer will then be informed and will be able to propose a new slot. The comment section allows you to add explanations so that the customer can have as much information as possible about the reason why the movement did not take place.

3. Load arrives damaged:

The unloading did not go as planned and there is breakage among the goods? Take a photo of the damaged material, make a reservation with the carrier when accepting the goods and contact us via the "contact us" tab using the form: "my order arrived damaged".
