How to follow up the To-Do list?
In order to keep track of your inventory in your warehouse, a summary area of pending movements and inventory adjustments is available on the Spacefill platform.
When you select a warehouse, an "To-Do List" tab allows you to access the list of all orders and inventory adjustments that need to be updated by you.
A red dot indicates the number of actions to take.
Currently, there are three types of actions to take:
Request for a new time slot
When your warehouse informs you that the requested slot is not available, you have the possibility to select a new slot.
The time and date are then transmitted to the warehouse for confirmation.
Rescheduling an order
When the original date of an order has passed and the movement has not taken place, you have the option to reschedule the movement (by selecting a new time slot) or to cancel the movement if you actually believe that it will not take place at another time.
Acknowledge an order
When the warehouse performs an inward or outward movement and there is a difference between the expected and actual quantities, you will receive a notification for which you will acknowledge the receipt.
