How to follow up my To-Do list ?

In order to keep track of orders, a summary of pending movements is available on the Spacefill platform. 

When you select a warehouse, a "To-do List" tab allows you to access the list of all orders requiring an update from you. 

A red dot indicates the number of actions to take. 

Currently, there are two types of to-do: Confirm a time slot and confirm a receipt or shipment

Confirm a time slot

When a customer wants to make a stock entry or exit, he creates his movement on the Spacefill platform. 

You receive a notification of the movement request. You are then asked to confirm or refuse the time slot reserved by the customer. 

Confirm a receipt or shipment
When the inbound or outbound order has been completed, you are asked to confirm the receipt or shipment on the Spacefill platform. 

By confirming this information, you have the possibility to adjust the quantities present in the movement (if they do not correspond to the expected quantities) or to modify the real date of the movement (if it is shifted compared to the initially requested slot)
