How to accept or refuse an entry/exit timeslot requested by a customer?
Have you just received an email notifying you of a request for a timeslot?
In order to validate the timeslot or to modify it, please click on the "Confirm availability" button in the email. You will then be redirected to the order requested by the customer.
You can also find the timeslots to be validated from "Orders" > "Actions to take".
You can "Accept the timeslot" if the date and time are convenient for you. The order will go to "Planned" status.
You can "Refuse the timeslot". We invite you to fill in the comment section with the slot that suits you. The client will propose a new time slot that you will have to validate.
