How do I place an entry order?

The Spacefill service allows you to place entry and exit orders directly to your outsourced warehouse.

Select the desired warehouse and then "Orders" in the menu on the left. A summary of all orders already placed is available.

At the top right, there are two buttons. For an incoming order, click on "+ New entry", you will land on a page inviting you to fill in all the information required for the order to be processed. For example the desired date, transportation details, pickup details, the outgoing references and the corresponding quantities.

Once everything has been filled in, you can create the order ("Book timeslot") or "save as draft".

  • Save the order as draft: The status of the order will change to "Draft". This allows you to come back to your order later to modify it before validating it. Important: As long as an order is in draft status, your warehouse is not informed of its creation.
  • Book timeslot: The status of the order will change to "Created" and the warehouse will be informed of your request for a slot. Depending on their availability, they will accept the slot and the movement will be in "Planned" status.

If the warehouse is not available at the desired date and time, it will offer you another slot, that you will have to validate via the "To-do list" tab at the corresponding warehouse.
