How do I make an inventory adjustment?

You notice that a difference exists between the real stock and the computer stock?

On the tab "Inventory", you have the possibility to adjust the stock by reference and by packaging.

Simply click on "Adjust inventory". If you have several customers, please select the customer concerned by this inventory adjustment.

A page appears on which all the references in stock are present.

Select the reference you want to adjust, the packaging you want to adjust and fill in the last column with the number of items actually in stock.

If a reference does not appear, under the heading "Additional references" you can search manually. Look for the reference you want to adjust, the packaging you want to adjust and fill in the last column with the number of items actually in stock.

Once the adjustment has been made, you can record the operation by entering the effective date on which the adjustment should be made and a comment.

You also have a summary table of the stock adjustments you have just made.

All you have to do is confirm the operation.
